摘要
就业市场上人力资源管理专业人才的需求持续上升。在需求力量的牵引下,广西人力资源管理本科专业得到了快速发展,但人才培养定位趋同现象比较严重,与市场需求存在结构性错位,并且区域分布结构也不够合理。这无疑为梧州学院设置人力资源管理本科专业提供了难得的机会。根据广西高校人力资源管理本科专业的设置现状和梧州学院的发展实践来看,梧州学院设置人力资源管理本科专业不仅是必要的,而且是可行的。建议梧州学院加快人力资源管理本科专业建设步伐,努力做到入主流、显优势、呈特色,面向珠江——西江经济带中小企业培养复合型应用型人力资源管理专业人才。
The demand for the talents of the specialty of human resource management is constantly rising in the job market. Boosting by the demand, Guangxi' s universities are seeing a rapid development of the specialty of human resource nmnagement for undergraduates. But the convergence of orientations of talent development of the universities is relatively serious, which leads to a structural misplacement. Moreover, the regional distribution of the specialty is not so reasonable. Such a situation will undoubtedly pro- vide an opportunity for Wuzhou University to set the specialty of human resource management for undergraduates. Judging from the current situation of the setup of the specialty of human resource management for undergraduates in Guangxi and the developing history of Wuzhou University, it is not only necessary but also practicable for Wuzhou University to set the specialty of human resource manage- ment for undergraduates. It is proposed that Wuzhou University should speed up the construction of the specialty of human resource management for undergraduates and strive to make the specialty go in line with the mainstream, demonstrate its advantages and distinguishing features so as to develop compound and applied talents of the specialty of human resource management for the Zhujiang - Xijiang Economic Belt.
