摘要
在知识经济时代,人力资源管理专业已成为当前高等学校中最热门和最具发展潜力的专业之一。然而在人力资源专业的发展定位和办学思路方面尚存诸多不足和缺憾。本文在分析形势,借鉴美国经验的基础上,探讨了我国人力资源管理专业的发展定位问题。
In knowledge economic times, Human Resource Management has become the major in greatest demand and has the most develop potentiality in today' s colleges and universities. However, there still has many inadequacies and shortcomings in its develop fixed position and train of thought. This text bases on American economic, analysis situation, discusses questions of our national Human Resource Management with develop fixed position and person of ability training.
