摘要
为适应高等教育的发展,新建地方高校应在人才培养、制度建设、校园文化和高等教育的国际化方面,重新定位,以实现学校的可持续发展。
To meet with the developement of the higher education, the newly-built local colleges and universities should re-position themselves on personnel training, system construction, campus culture and internationalization of higher education to realize their sustainable developement.
