摘要
合并高校要确立可持续发展的办学理念,坚持改革创新,精心制定发展规划,突出抓好学科建设和校园规划建设。学科建设是学校整体建设的核心,发展重点学科、建设一流学科是学科建设的重中之重;校园规划建设要围绕学科建设和事业规划建设进行,坚持以人为本,创造良好的育人环境。
Merged universities must establish sustainable theory of running a university, insist on reforming and innovation, make the development plan meticulously, stress on the work of discipline construction and campus construction. Discipline construction is the core of a university. Developing key disciplines and building first-class discipline is the most important. The campus plan must be made according to the discipline construction and cause plan, insist on people first and set good environment of training students.
