摘要
现今,受人力政策影响,医院编外人员的数量不断增加,如何管理编外人员,已经成为医院人力管理部门不得不面对的问题。文章结合笔者医院的实际,分析编外人员管理现状,总结人性化管理方法,为医院提供管理对策。
Nowadays, influenced by the policy, the number of personnel out of organization is increasing. How to manage has become a problem for hospital manpower management.The article combines the reality of the hospital, and analysis the management suatus of the personnel, summarizes the humanized management methods, to provide management strategy for the hospital.
