摘要
数控系统螺距误差补偿功能对数控机床的位置精度有直接影响。在研究MITSUBISHI M70V数控系统螺距误差补偿功能的过程中,首先利用高精度测量系统对机床位置精度进行测量,再进一步完成其补偿功能。从而改善机床的位置精度,给实际应用中螺距误差的补偿提供了一定参考。
The NC pitch error compensation system has a direct impact on the positional accuracy of CNC machine tools. In the study,using the high-precision measurement system the positional accuracy of the machine tool,and further complete the MITSUBISHI M70V NC system thread pitch error compensation function. So as to improve the position accuracy of machine tools and provide some reference for the pitch error compensation in the actual application.
