摘要
从数控机床基本概念和典型的误差分析方法出发,针对典型系统产生的误差提出了几类成熟的误差补偿方法。对FANUC数控系统自带的补偿功能体系进行了研究和分析,为后续加工生产提供了理论指导,具有理论与实践双重意义。
This paper started with the basic concept and typical error analysis method of CNC machine tools, and then some mature error compensation methods according to the errors of typical system were put forward. The compensation function system of FANUC CNC system was studied and analyzed, which provided theoretical guidance for the following processing and production, and had both theoretical and practical significance.
