摘要
由于UCP 800 Duro五轴加工中心加工零件出现Y轴方向尺寸超差较大,利用激光干涉仪检测技术,对其定位精度和重复定位精度进行检测,并修改系统参数进行补偿,提高了机床的精度。
Due to such a big size difference in Y direction when the UCP 800 Duro fiveaxis machining center was used to process parts, the laser interferometer detection technology was used for the detection of positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, and the parameters of the system were modified to compensate, so as to improve the accuracy of the machine tool.
