摘要
数控机床定位精度和重复定位精度直接影响数控机床的切削加工精度,而且随着机床的不断使用和使用过程中相关影响因素的变动而改变。笔者提出了一种在生产实际中应用方便而且能够完全满足检验要求的定位精度和重复定位精度检验方法。该方法利用精密线纹尺和读数显微镜对数控机床的定位精度和重复定位精度进行检验。该方法比其它方法更实用,成本更低,使用更为简单和方便,非常适合在数控车间使用。
Positioning accuracy and repeated positioning of CNC machine tool effects directly its cutting working accuracy and the accuracies vary with the use and the influence factors in use process. A testing approach of positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy was proposed, which is convenient for application in practice production and can meet completely the testing demand. In this method, the positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy are tested using the precision linear scale and the reading microscope. The proposed approach has the advantage in practicality, cost, and so on. Thus, the testing method is suitable for using in the CNC workshop.
