摘要
研究了高温合金旋流器铸件成型的工艺方式及铸造工艺,旋流器因为其特殊的内部型腔结构,设计采用了内部型腔陶瓷型芯成型的蜡模成型方式,并且在浇注系统设计时,采用在内径为准53 mm内壁增加壁厚为9 mm的环,同时通过增大内浇道尺寸来保证旋流器铸件的质量。结果表明:采用该设计方案能够获得满足技术要求的铸件,并且合格率得到保证。
The molding method and process for a kind of superalloy whirlcone casting was studied. For the special structure of the inner cavity, a wax molding method with an inner ceram core was designed, and a ring with the thickness of 9 mm was added to the position of the inner diameter of 准53 mm, by increasing the size of in-gates to assure the quality of whirlcone castings. The results show that the process can satisfy production requirement.
