介绍了新车型冲压件开发过程中,规划冲压部门承担的主要工作及工作过程中所遇到的问题及整改措施。新车型冲压件开发,规划冲压专业主要承担的任务是消失模(保丽龙)模型制造、铸件成型、2D粗加工、3D精加工、组立装配等工作,良好的铸件质量和机加工精度控制是成功的冲压件基础。
