摘要 主要研究了一种高合金钢薄壁铸件的近净形消失模铸造工艺,讨论了模料的选择、浇注系统的设计、浇注温度及速度、合金熔炼等因素对铸件成型和组织性能的影响。试验表明一浇一冒式所浇注的铸件,缺陷很少,有利于铸件的批量生产。 The process of near-net-shape forming for thin wall casting of high alloy steel by lost foam casting was studied in this paper. It discussed the influence of some factors on shaping of the casting and microstructure and properties, including choice of model material, design of gating system, temperature and speed of casting, melting of alloy, etc. The experiment indicated that defect of casting was little by both pouring and out gate, which is important for batch production of casting.
