摘要
利用自制的磷脂酶A_2,对不同来源、不同制取方法的6种大豆毛油和菜籽毛油进行酶法脱胶实验。结果表明,当毛油磷含量在100~550 mg/kg时,采用以下通用条件能使脱胶油磷含量降到10 mg/kg以下:反应温度为45℃;柠檬酸用量为0.1%,处理时间为30 min;水用量为2%,磷脂酶A_2用量为10 mg/kg,反应时间为90 min。该方法可满足大部分菜籽毛油和大豆毛油的脱胶要求,其优势在于:整个脱胶过程均在45℃条件下进行,无需使用氢氧化钠,节约能源,工艺简便,没有皂脚和含碱废水产生,降低中油损耗和提升副产物价值。
Using self- made phospholipase A_2,the enzymatic degumming experiments of six kinds of crude rapeseed oils and soybean oils from different sources and prepared by different methods were carried out. The results showed that when the content of phosphorus in crude oil was 100- 500 mg/kg,the content of phosphorus in degummed oil could be decreased to below 10 mg/kg under general conditions as follows: reaction temperature 45 ℃,dosage of citric acid 0. 1%,treatment time 30 min,dosage of water2%,dosage of phospholipase A_210 mg/kg and reaction time 90 min. The method could meet the degumming requirements of most crude rapeseed oil and crude soybean oil,which had the items of degumming at 45 ℃,without Na OH,energy conservation,simple process,no production of soapstock and alkaline waste water,reduction of neutral oil wastage and enhancement of by- products value.
