摘要 介绍了酶法脱胶的基本原理、工艺流程及在工厂中的应用优点,通过实践获得了最佳生产条件:酶反应温度50-55℃、pH5.0左右,并与化学精炼的经济性进行了对比,同时总结了生产中存在的问题。 The basic principle, process and advantage of enzymatic degumming in factory were briefly discussed in this paper, The optimal conditions(50- 55℃, pH5.0) were achieved by experiments, which were compared with the economy of chemical refinery and the problem of enzymatic degumming in produce was described.
