摘要
后处理系统是丁苯橡胶装置的最后一个生产单元,其运行状况的好坏直接决定着橡胶的品质及装置的运行周期。其中凝聚工序在整个后处理单元中占有重要地位,装置开工以来,通过对凝聚原理和工艺操作条件的摸索优化,找到最佳的凝聚条件、操作方法,从而达到提高产品质量,降低劳动强度,延长后处理运行周期的目的。
The qualities of styrene butadiene rubber and operation of installation depend on coagulation system in past-processing unit, which is the last unit of emulsion polymerization styrene butadiene rubber production. The coagulation system is the most important unit in whole system, so the theory and technology have been optimized since styrene butadiene rubber production was built, in order to find out optimal conditions and methods which could improve the quality, reduce labour intensity and prolong industrial cycle.
