摘要
镍系顺丁橡胶通过聚合反应后,胶液中胶的质量分数为18%左右,82%(质量分数)左右的溶剂(也可称为溶剂油)和未反应的丁二烯通过凝聚系统蒸出,需要消耗大量的蒸汽。本文设计胶液的闪蒸流程,用闪蒸技术对胶液进行处理,使胶液中的胶含量提高到22%,减少了凝聚和回收处理溶剂油的蒸汽消耗,每吨橡胶节约蒸汽为0.455 t,也可缓解凝聚和回收的生产负荷,降低凝聚过程中的胶中含油。
To remove un-reacted butadiene and solvent from rubber solution containing about 18% ( wt ) rubber and 82% ( wt ) solvent after the polymerization with nickel catalyst system need consume a large amount of steam in rubber solution condensation process. In this paper, the flash process was designed to treat rubber solution; content of rubber was increased to 22% by the flash technology, which can decrease the steam consumption in condensation process and recovering solvent process. Steam consumption per ton rubber can decrease 0.455 tons, processing load can be alleviated, and content of the solvent in rubber can be decreased.
