利用雷达液位计与差压式液位计测量差值估算回收丁二烯纯度

摘要 为提高单体利用率,单体贮存和掺混单元接收的回收丁二烯经沉降排水之后与新鲜丁二烯掺混到目标浓度供聚合反应使用。介绍丁苯橡胶装置单体贮存和掺混岗位利用雷达液位计与差压式液位计的测量液位差估算回收丁二烯纯度,大大减小了测量误差,提高生产效率。 In order to improve the utilization rate of monomer, recovered butadiene is always dehydrated by sedimentation,and then it is mixed with fresh butadiene to reach the target concentration for the polymerization reaction. In this paper, during monomer storage and blending in styrene butadiene rubber device, the purity of recycled butadiene was estimated based on liquid level measurement difference of radar level gauge and differential pressure type level gauge measurement, which could greatly reduce the measurement error and improve production efficiency.
