摘要
文章论述了"互联网+"时代随着生鲜电商发展,水产业态发展变化趋势及对产品需求的影响;分析了水产生鲜电商发展过程中面临的产品非标准化,供应季节性、周期性,"活体"难以配送,物流成本高昂等一系列瓶颈问题;总结提出电商模式下水产业发展的主要目标是保证产品"安全、优质、价廉、便利"的基础上达到"质量稳定、供应稳定、价格稳定"。进而提出了水产业转型升级的发展思路:通过"以鲜带活"、"鲜字当头"和"为市场而养殖",大力发展生鲜加工,选育加工型养殖品种,提高养殖生产组织化、规模化程度和产品的标准化程度,同电商一起解决发展中的瓶颈问题。
This article discussed the development trend of the aquaculture industry and its influence on product de- mand with the development of fresh food e - commerce in the age of "Internet + ". It also analyzed a series of bottle- neck problems the aquatic product e -commerce suppliers are facing during its development, such as product non - standardization, seasonal and periodic supply, difficulty in delivering "live product", and high logistics cost. Final- ly, it summarized that the major goal of aquaculture development under the e - commerce mode was to guarantee "sta- ble quality, supply and price" on the basis of ensuring "safety, high quality, low price and convenience" of prod- ucts. The paper further proposed ideas for the development of the aquaculture transformation and upgrading, through promoting "fresh product replacing live product", "freshness first" and "aquaculture for the market". In addition, it proposed vigorously developing processing industry of fresh food, breeding processing -type aquaculture species, im- proving the organizational and scaled levels of aquaculture production and the further standardization of products, and solving the bottleneck problems during the development with the e - commerce suppliers.
