摘要
目的对慢性浅表性胃炎患者应用奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2013年7月-2015年12月在本院接受治疗的慢性浅表性胃炎患者106例,并随机分为对照组和实验组各53例,观察多潘立酮与奥美拉唑两种不同药物的治疗效果并比较。结果实验组患者的治愈率高于对照组[58.5%vs 28.3%],治疗总有效率高于对照组[90.6%vs 71.7%],不良反应发生率低于对照组[7.5%vs 26.4%],组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论慢性浅表性胃炎患者应用奥美拉唑治疗的临床效果满意,是安全、有效、不良反应少的首选治疗药物之一。
Objective Clinical effect of omeprazole in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis is to be studied. Methods Chose 106 patients of chronic superficial gastritis that are treated in hospital from July 2013 to December 2015 and separate them into control group and study group randomly with 53 patients in each group,and then observe and compare domperidone effect to omeprazole effect between two groups. Results Patients＇ cured rate in study group is much higher than that in control group [58.5% vs 28.3%],and patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group is higher than that in control group [90.6% vs 71.7%],besides,side-effect incidence in study group is much lower than that in control group [7.5% vs 26.4%],there is a differential between two groups according to T-check and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Omeprazole is effective in treatment of chronic superficial gastritis,it is a safe and effective medication treatment with few side-effects.
