摘要
目的:观察奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗浅表性胃炎疗效,为胃炎的临床治疗提供参考。方法:将143例浅表性胃炎患者随机分为两组,A组71例采用多潘立酮治疗,B组72例采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗,观察两组临床症缓解及幽门螺杆菌(HP)根除情况。结果:B组治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05);B组HP根除率高于A组(P<0.05);B组治疗后腹部不适、腹痛、嗳气、烧心等症状评分低于A组(P<0.05)。结论:奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗浅表性胃炎,可促进HP根除,缓解临床症状,临床应推广适用。
Objective：To investigate clinical effect of omeprazole combined domperidone on treatment of superficial gastritis.Methods：143 cases of superficial gastritis patients were randomly divided into two groups,A group（71） treated by domperidone and B group（72） treated by omeprazole combined domperidone.The clinical syndrome mitigation and helicobacter pylori（HP） eradication were analysed.Results：The total effective rate and the HP eradication rate of the B group were significantly higher than that of the A group（P 0.05）.After treatment,the score of abdominal discomfort,abdominal pain,belching,heartburn and other symptoms of B group were lower than that of A group（P 0.05）.Conclusions：Omeprazole combined domperidone treatment of superficial gastritis,can promote HP eradication and relieve symptoms.
