摘要
目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果。方法:收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者56例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,治疗组采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无严重不良反应。结论:奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的效果显著,安全性高。
Objective:To explore the effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods:56 patients with chronic superficial gastritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the treatment group was treated with omeprazole combined with domperidone.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of omeprazole combined with domperidone in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis was significant,and the security was high.
