摘要
目的研究急救知识宣教在突发危重症病例院前急救护理中的应用价值。方法将某社区接受急救知识宣教的80例急危重症紧急入院患者设为干预组,另选同社区未开展急救知识宣教前突发危重症入院患者50例设为未干预组,比较2组患者知晓率、急救效率、入院前后GCS评分、病死率、残疾率。结果干预组总知晓率显著高于未干预组(P<0.05);干预组发病至呼救时间、呼救至院前急救时间分别为(6.15±1.25)min、(18.31±7.10)min,显著低于未干预组的(18.31±7.10)min、(22.74±8.24)min(P<0.05);入院后GCS评分干预组较高,但2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组病死率、残疾率分别为7.50%、26.25%,低于未干预组的14.00%、38.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论急救知识宣教可提高患者知晓率,缩短发病至呼救时间及呼救至院前急救时间,并降低病死率、残疾率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the application value of emergency knowledge education in the emergency nursing of acute and severe diseases cases. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute severe disease received emergency medical education in community were set up as the intervention group,another 50 hospitalized patients with acute severe diseases without emergency medical education were selected as non intervention group. The awareness rate,first aid efficiency rate,the GCS score before and after admission,the rates of death and disability of two groups were compared. Results The total awareness rate of the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the non intervention group（ P〈0. 05）. The time from onset to calling for medical rescue,calling for medical rescue time to pre- hospital emergency time were（ 6. 15 ± 1. 25） min,（ 18. 31 ± 7. 10） min in the intervention group,respectively,which was shorter than（ 18. 31 ± 7. 10） min and（ 22. 74 ± 8. 24） min in the non intervention group（ P〈0. 05）; Mortality and disability rates of the intervention group were respectively 7. 50% and 26. 25%,which was significantly lower compared with 14. 00% and 38. 00% in the non intervention group,but there were no statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion First aid knowledge education can improve the awareness rate of patients,shorten the onset time to calling for medical rescue,and calling for medical rescue time to pre- hospital emergency time,and reduce the mortality rate and disability rate,so it is of high value in clinical application.
