摘要
论述了以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为盖板和底板、以聚酯膜为通道层的微流控芯片的制作流程。设计并制作了多个形状不同的微流控芯片,进行了实验研究和数据分析,系统研究了T型微通道法液-液两相产生微液滴的过程。分别从微流控芯片的通道尺寸、形状和流量比三个方面探讨了T型微通道法产生微液滴的尺寸、频率和形状的变化规律。同时进行了微液滴分裂的基础实验研究,使用多相流法通过液相间的剪切力和表面张力的作用使母液滴分裂成两个子液滴。通过改变微通道的宽度,研究了微液滴分裂产生子液滴的比例大小的变化规律。
The formation process of the micro-fluidic chip with the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as the cover and bottom plates and the polyester film as the channel layer was introduced.A number of micro-fluidic chips with different shapes were designed and fabricated,and the experimental study and data analysis were carried out.The formation process of the microdroplet with the T-shape micro-channel liquid-liquid two-phase method was systematically investigated.Then,the change rules of the size,frequency and shape of the micro droplet were discussed respectively from three aspects,i.e.the channel size,channel shape and velocity ratio of the micro-fluidic chip.Simultaneously,the basic experiment research of the micro-droplet split was carried out,and the multiphase flow method was used to make the mother droplet split into two sub-droplets through the effects of the shear force and surface tension of the liquid phase.Finally,the change rule of the ratio of two sub-droplets produced by micro-droplet split was researched through changing the width of the micro-channel.
