变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜组织重塑的新视角:IgE 被引量:2

摘要 鼻黏膜组织重塑是变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)的重要病理特征,包括黏膜上皮细胞损伤、细胞外基质沉积、黏液腺和杯状细胞化生及新生血管增生等.IgE和特异性IgE水平增高是AR的主要临床特征,在AR黏膜重塑中起着重要的作用,抗IgE治疗能够抑制早发相AR反应,并有助于预防和逆转黏膜重塑,是AR鼻黏膜组织重塑的新视角.本文从鼻黏膜组织重塑的病理学改变、AR鼻黏膜组织重塑机制、IgE的产生及基本特性、IgE在AR鼻黏膜组织重塑中的角色、抗IgE治疗在难治性AR中的作用等方面进行综述.
