摘要
近年来,随着职教改革的不断深入,职教体系的构建思路和措施越来越明确,中高职衔接作为现代职教体系构建的关键一环,越来越受到重视。同时,中医等医学教育的继续教育已纳入了医学技术人才的整个培养体系,随着"医教协同培养"方案的推进,医学职业技术教育的学制不断延长。为了使中高职衔接、住院医师规范化培训等教学过程更加科学合理,使院校教育与继续教育有机结合,减少课程的重复设置、教学、实习和培训内容的重复学习,实现了职业教学的科学性与高效性,提高中医职业技术人才培养的针对性,本文将对基于"医教协同培养"构建中医专业中高职衔接课程体系中存在的关键问题进行分析,并结合实际提出解决策略。
In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of vocational education, the construction of vocational education system ideas and measures are more and more clear, the convergence of vocational education as a key link in the construction of modern vocational education system, more and more attention. At the same time, the continuing education of medical education in traditional Chinese medicine has been brought into the whole training system of medical technical personnel. With the promotion of the "collaborative training of medical education", the educational system of medical vocational and technical education is constantly extended. In order to make the connection between secondary and higher vocational education, the standardized training of resident physicians and other teaching process more scientific and reasonable, college education and continuing education organically, reduce the course of repeated setting, teaching, practice and training content repetitive learning, scientific and effective teaching profession is implemented to improve the Chinese vocational and technical training. In this paper, the based on " Medical Education Collaborative Culture", and construct a Chinese medicine professional in the connection between secondary and higher vocational education course system in the presence of key problems were analyzed, combined with actual propose solutions strategy.
