“数字化模拟诊室”在中医诊断教学中的探索 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察"数字化模拟诊室"在中医诊断教学中的效果。方法:选择我校中西医临床医学专业,随机抽取2个班作为试验组和对照组。试验组55人,对照组50人。对照组进行常规中医诊断理论及实验教学。试验组在进行常规中医诊断理论及实验教学的同时,增加"数字化模拟诊室"训练。结果:试验组中医诊断试卷平均成绩及中医诊断病案平均成绩均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。调查问卷中所有学生均对"数字化模拟诊室"给予好评。结论:"数字化模拟诊室"在提高学生考试成绩和提高学生中医临床技能方面确有效果,值得在教学中推广应用。 Objective: To explore the effect of'digital simulated consulting room' in traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis teaching.Methods: Randomly selected two classes as experimental group and control group.Experimental group in 55 cases, and control group in 50 cases.Control group were given routine diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine theory and experimental teaching.Based on the control group,the experimental group were given 'digital simulated consulting room'training.Results: The average score of TCM diagnosis and the average score of TCM diagnosis medical record are higher than the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Questionnaire of all students to give praise to'digital simulated consulting room'.Conclusion: 'digital simulated consulting room'in improving students' test scores and improving students clinical skills of traditional Chinese medicine have the effect, So,it is worth popularization and application in the teaching.
