摘要
目的:建立赤芝醇提取物中三萜类的高效液相色谱特征图谱,为赤芝醇提取物的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,3.5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%醋酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1 ml/min,检测波长为256 nm,柱温25℃。结果:通过对10批不同来源赤芝药材经过相同工艺制成的赤芝醇提取物样品的测定,确定了11个特征峰,其中有9批赤芝样品与对照特征图谱的相似度在0.9以上。结论:该方法稳定、准确、可靠,可用于赤芝醇提取物的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the HPLC chromatogram of triterpenoids in extraction of Ganoderma lucidum alcohol,and to provided basis for the quality control of extraction of G. lucidum alcohol. The HPLC specific chromatogram of triterpenoids in extraction of G. lucidum alcohol,it may provide the basis for identification for quality of G. lucidum alcohol extract. METHODS： Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（ 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,3. 5 μm） was adopted as chromatographic column,0. 1% acetate acid-acetonitrile was set as mobile phase with a linear gradient elution; the flow rate was maintained at 1. 0 ml / min,the detection wavelength was 256 nm,and the column temperature was kept at 25 ℃. RESULTS： Through the determination of extraction of G. lucidum alcohol with the same techniques from 10 batches with different sources,11 characteristic peaks were determined,of which,similarities between 9 batches samples of G. Lucidum and specific chromatograms were higher than 0. 9. CONCLUSIONS： The method is stable,accurate and reliable. It can be used for the quality control of extraction of G. lucidum alcohol.
