摘要 目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)及人第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶及张力蛋白同源基因(PTEN)在子宫内膜异位症(Ems)发生、发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测Ems异位内膜62例(其中子宫来源Ems 40例,卵巢来源Ems 22例)、Ems在位内膜60例以及正常子宫内膜41例中MMP-9、PTEN的表达情况。结果异位组MMP-9的阳性表达率较对照组(正常子宫内膜)明显升高,而PTEN的阳性表达率较对照组显著降低,均有统计学差异(均P<0.05)。异位组中MMP-9的表达与PTEN的表达呈负相关(r=-0.472,P<0.05)。结论 Ems患者中异位内膜具有更强的侵袭性,可能与异位内膜MMP-9高表达及PTEN的低表达相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and phosphatase and tensin homelog deleted on chromosome ten(PTEN) protein in endometriosis(EM) and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was employed to detect the expression of MMP-9 and PTEN in 62 samples of ectopic endometrium from EM patients (including 40 adenomyosis and 22 ovarian endometriosis), 60 samples of eutopic endometrium from EM patients and 41 samples of normal endomedium (controls). Results The expression levels of MMP-9 in the ectopic endometrium were higher and the expression levels of PTEN were lower than those in controls (both P〈0.05). The expression of MMP-9 in ectopic endometrium was negatively correlated with the expressions of PTEN (r=-0.472, P〈0.05). Conclusion Ectopic endometrium has increased expression of MMP-9 and decreased expression of PTEN, which may be associated with its high invasiveness.
