子宫内膜异位症中膜型1-基质金属蛋白酶和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1表达的研究 被引量:5

Expression of membrane type 1 matrix metalloproteinase and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 in human endometriosis

摘要 目的探讨膜型1-基质金属蛋白酶(MT1-MMP)和基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在子宫内膜异位症发生中的作用。方法皖南医学院附属弋矶山医院2003-07-2004-04采用免疫组化SP方法研究25例子宫内膜异位症患者的异位内膜组织和22例正常子宫内膜组织中的MT1-MMP和TIMP-1蛋白的表达情况。结果子宫内膜异位症组中的MT1-MMP蛋白表达水平明显高于对照组(P<0·05),TIMP-1蛋白表达水平在两组之间比较差异无显著性意义。结论MT1-MMP在子宫内膜异位症的发生发展中起一定的作用。 Objective To evaluate the role of membrane type l matrix metalloproteinase ( MTI -MMP) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods From July 2003 to April 2004, the expression of MT1-MMP and TIMP-1 protein in 25 specimens of endometriosis and 22 specimens of controls( normal endometrium) of Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College were studied by immunohistochemical SP. Results The expression levels of MT1-MMP protein in endometriosis were significantly higher than those in controls( P 〈0.05 ), but the expression levels of TIMP-1 had no significant difference between endometriosis and controls(P 〉0.05). Conclusion MT1-MMP may play a role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis.
