摘要
目的:调研当前九省区民族药质量工作的基本情况,发现制约民族药发展的关键问题,加强民族药的信息交流与平台建设,促进民族药检验工作的发展。方法:对调研方案进行总体设计与部署,采用田野调查的方法对云南、青海、新疆、内蒙、甘肃等省区的生产企业、医疗机构与科研机构选点实地调研;采用问卷等形式,对民族药成药品种中涉及的药材与饮片、地方标准民族药材(或饮片)及民族药的科研项目四个方面制定调研信息表,统计九省区民族药成药制剂、医疗机构制剂、药材、饮片等基础数据。针对现行民族药质量标准在生产、检验和科研环节中的应用和存在的问题等调研信息,进行汇总与全面分析。结果与结论:为建设民族药标准基本情况信息库,提出民族药质量工作的发展建议与发展规划,为进一步提高民族药质量标准与民族药标准化建设提供参考依据。
Objective： To investigate the basic status of quality standards of ethnic medicines in nine provinces, so as to find the key problems restricting the development of ethnic medicines, strengthen information exchange and platform construction of ethnic medicines, and then promote the development of ethnic medicine inspection. Methods： The overall research plan was designed and deployed, the field investigation and survey was conducted on the production enterprises, medical institutions and scientific research institutions in Yunnan, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu and other provinces. The form of questionnaire survey was used to make research information table involving four aspects of medicinal materials and decoction pieces to summarize basic data including ethnic patent medicines and preparations, preparations made by medical institutions, ethnic medicinal materials（or pieces） in nine provinces. The data were summarized and comprehensively analyzed with focus on investigated information about application of ethnic medicine quality standards during production, inspection and scientific researches and existing problems. Results and Conclusion： The information pool of the basic status of ethnic medicine quality standards was established, the development suggestion and the development plan were proposed for the ethnic medicine quality work, providing reference for further improving the quality standards and the standardization of ethnic medicines.
