摘要
住院医师规范化培训是临床医生培训体系中的必需过程。我科通过注重合理的培训计划、医德医风和医患沟通能力、临床思维、理论知识操作技能以及临床科研能力等,取得了良好培训效果。
Standardized training of residents has become the necessary steps of medical clinical trainlng system.Our department pay attention to reasonable training plan,capability of patient-doctor communication,medical ethics education,clinical thinking,theoretical knowledge,operation skills and ability of clinical research.Then we achieve good training outcomes.
