摘要
目的:探讨品管圈应用在神经外科对护理质量的改进效果。方法:将88例在神经外科实习的护士采用数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用传统的护理带教,观察组采用品管圈护理带教模式,记录护理带教效果及对教师满意度情况。结果:观察组实习护士教学管理评分(89.32±7.13)分,对带教老师评分其中态度(91.54±5.58)分,知识(90.08±6.71)分,技能(87.68±6.94)分,学生管理(89.41±7.43)分,平均成绩得分(91.16±5.89)分;对照组实习护士教学管理评分(78.36±4.51)分,对带教老师评分其中态度(84.17±3.21)分,知识(81.66±4.08)分,技能(82.15±4.26)分,学生管理(80.09±5.17)分,平均成绩得分(82.36±4.18)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士出科操作技能考核评分(89.54±7.68)分,理论考核评分(86.79±6.97)分,两项平均成绩得分(88.17±7.23)分;对照组护士出科操作技能考核评分(81.03±4.25)分,理论考核评分(75.18±3.01)分,两项平均成绩得分(78.69±3.96)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈应用在神经外科护理带教中可激发带教老师参与教学质量改进的积极性,有效提升实习护士对教学管理与带教老师的满意度,提升临床护理教学效果。
Objective To evaluate the application of quality control circle to the improvement in nursing quality of neurosurgery. Methods 88 intern nurses in neurosurgery department were assigned into observation group and control group. The control group adopted traditional nursing teaching, while the observation group adopted nursing teaching mode of quality control circle. The teaching effects and satisfaction with teachers were recorded. Results There were sig- nificant differences between the observation group and the control group in teaching management score of intern nurses （89.32±7.13 vs 78.36±4.51） ,score of teaching attitude（91.54 ± 5.58 vs 84.17±3.21） ,knowledge（90.08±6.71 vs 81.66±4.08） ,skills（87.68±6.94 vs 82.15±4.26） ,student management（89.41±7.43 vs 80.09±5.17） ,and aver- age performance score（91.16± 5.89 vs 82.36 ±4.18） （P〈 0.05）. There were also significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the score of nurse＇s operation skills（89.54±7.68 vs 81.03±4.25） ,theoreti- cal examination score（86.79±6.97 vs 75. 18±3.01）,average performance score（88.17±7.23 vs 78.69±3.96）. Con- clusions Application of quality control circle to nursing teaching in neurosurgery department can inspire the teaching teachers to participate in teaching quality improvement, effectively enhance the satisfaction of intern nurses with the teachers, so as to promote the teaching effect of clinical nursing.
