摘要
铜绿假单胞菌是目前院内感染致病菌之一,引起多系统感染,其耐药机制复杂,生物被膜是其耐药的一个独特机制。研究提示一些中药或其他传统药物对铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜具有抑制作用,本文以近3年有关这方面的研究做一个综述。
Objective： Pseudomonas aeruginosa is one of the nosocomial infection pathogens that cause multiple system infection, its drug resistance mechanism is complex, the biofilm is its a unique drug resistance mechanism. Studies suggested that some traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） and other traditional medicine on pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm has inhibitory effect. This review is base on nearly three years of research about effect of TCM and traditional medicine on pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm, which provides a reference to the research and de- velopment of anti-Pseudomonas aeruginosa drugs or treatment.
