摘要
结核病是由结核分枝杆菌引起的一种慢性传染性疾病。近年来,由于治疗周期长、药物不合理使用等原因,导致耐药性结核分枝杆菌出现,给结核病的防控带来了极大挑战。细菌生物膜可导致表型耐药,这对结核分枝杆菌多重耐药机制研究具有重大意义。综述了结核分枝杆菌生物膜的研究情况。
Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis.In recent years,due to long treatment cycles and irrational use of drugs,drug-resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis has emerged,which has brought great challenges to the prevention and control of tuberculosis.Bacterial biofilm can lead to phenotypic drug resistance,which is of great significance to the study of the multi-drug resistance mechanism of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.This article briefly reviews the research status of Mycobacterium tuberculosis biofilm.
