摘要
影响法学专业速录技能人才培养的因素很多,主要有以下几方面的问题:教师的观念问题、学生的观念问题、师资缺乏问题、培养方式方法问题以及人才培养的目标定位问题。这些问题的产生存在多方面的原因,无视、无所谓甚至轻视速录技能是问题的根源所在。只有对症下药才能找到解决问题的方法。
There exist many kinds of factors having effects on the training of skilled talents with the ability of speed recording.Main questions are as follows：teachers＇ conception problems,students＇ conception problems,problems of training methods and location problems of the goals of talent training.There are many reasons causing these problems,but to ignore,not to matter,and even to look down on the ability of speed recording is the fundamental reason.Only to find the proper ways to solve the specific problem is the most critical.
