摘要
教学是职业教育教学活动的重要组成部分。教学能力是实现教学目标的关键。本文通过分析职业院校教学能力的现状及基础教学能力的重要性,提出了如何提高职业院校教师教学能力的措施,并进一步引申出基础教学能力对教师职业能力发展的促进作用。
Teaching is an important part of teaching activities of vocational education. Teaching ability is the key to achieve teaching objectives. By analyzing the present teaching ability situation and the importance of basic teaching ability in vocational colleges, this paper proposes the measures on how to improve the teaching ability of vocational colleges and further extends the promotion function of basic teaching ability to the development of teachers＇ professional ability.
