摘要
产学研协同创新平台体系是经济新常态下加快经济转型升级的重要途径。基于"中原经济区建设"的战略背景,本文分析了河南省产学研协同创新平台体系建设现状及存在的问题,总结国内外的突出经验,提出为积极适应经济新常态下经济转型升级的战略需求,应加强协同创新基础条件平台建设同产学研合作相对接的有关政策建议,实现平台运作的良性循环与持续发展。
With China＇s economy entering the period of new normal, production -learning- research collaborative innovation platform system for industry - university - research has been the important way for economic transformation and upgrading. Under the background of central economic zone construction in national strategy perspective, the paper analyses present situation and existing problems on the construction of collaborative innovation platform system. According to the outstanding experience at home and abroad, it points out that in order to adapt the strategic demands of economic transformation and upgrading under the new normal, the construction of basic condi- tions of collaborative innovation platform should be strengthened to dock with production - learning - research cooperation to achieve the virtuous circle and sustainable development of platform operation.
