摘要
本文基于协同创新概念的界定,研究发达国家企业协同创新的背景、实现途径。在理论上凝练了企业协同创新的主要方式和机制,在实践上总结了协同创新的作用与问题,探讨值得借鉴的内容。
Based on the synergetic innovation concepts and theoretical analysis, this paper studies abroad enterprise synergetic innovation background and the way of realization. It theoretically sums up enterprise synergetic innovation mechanism, and summarizes the role of synergetic innovation in practice. It also discusses what can be learned from the foreign experience.
