摘要
协同创新是推动产学研、农科教紧密结合的重要形式。正是得益于众多创新主体的协同合作和功能互补,作为基础研究成果的Rondeel理念才得以成功解决其产业化推广中可能存在的各种法律、融资和社会问题被应用于家禽养殖农户生产经营的创新实践。我国要实现以创新促农业可持续发展的战略思路,除了加大对农业科技创新的政策支持力度外,还必须在国家创新体系建设以及相关制度安排和政策激励中充分考虑农业创新中介服务机构的独特功能和作用,以为农业科技创新的协同推进提供多层面服务支持和社会资本。
The synergetic innovation is an important form that improves industry-university-research, agriculture-research-education to connect closely. Due to the synergetic innovation and complementary function of the multivariate innovationsubjects, which successfully resolved the problems and uncertainty root in all kinds of law, financing and social aspectsthat might exist in the industrialization promotion process, the concept of Rondeel as a basic research out became a real in-novation practice that was applied in production and operation of the poultry production farmers. In order to put the strate-gy that promote the agricultural sustainable development depends on innovations in China into practice, besides intensifypolicy support for agricultural science and technology innovation, we should also fully consider the unique functions androles of the agricultural innovation intermediary service agencies, which is in the related institutional arrangements andpolicy incentives about the national innovation system construction, which aim of providing services supports of multiplelevels and social capital for agricultural science and technology synergetic innovation.
