摘要
为比较散养条件下不同设施配置对商品蛋鸡产蛋性能、鸡蛋品质和舍内空气质量的影响,采用单因子设计,选取23周龄商品代蛋用型北京油鸡2800只,随机分为4组,每组630只,每组设3个重复,每个重复210只。均采取舍外散养、舍内地面铺设厚垫料方式。各组配置分别为:1组(对照组)配置平铺型栖架,标准产蛋箱;2组配置平铺型栖架,普通产蛋箱;3组配置直立型栖架,普通产蛋箱;4组配置直立型栖架,标准产蛋箱。观察测定鸡只24~32周龄产蛋性能、产蛋位置和鸡蛋品质变化,以及32周龄平均氨气、二氧化碳浓度。结果表明,散养条件下不同设施配置对蛋鸡24~32周龄的产蛋性能具有显著影响,配置平铺型栖架和标准产蛋箱的对照组产蛋率(平均值为33.25%)显著高于配置平铺型栖架和普通产蛋箱组(平均值分别为21.83%、26.04%、27.48%,P〈0.05)。同时蛋箱内第一层的产蛋比例要显著高于第二层(P〈0.05),而不同配置对24~32周龄鸡的蛋品质影响不显著(P〉0.05)。32周龄3、4组的平均氨气、二氧化碳浓度均显著高于1、2组(P〈0.05)。可见,散养条件下舍内设施的应用有助于提高蛋鸡产蛋率,尤其是在配置平铺型栖架和标准产蛋箱的情况下,而且对舍内空气质量也有一定影响。
To study the effects of different facilities on laying performance,egg quality and air quality for commercial layers under free range system. The single factorial arrangement was used in the trial. 2 800 commercial Beijing You layers at 23 weeks of age were chosen and randomly divided into four groups,three replicates for each group,and 210 birds per replicate. The layers were reared under loose houses with deep litter. Group 1 was the control,equiped with standard laying boxes and fiat-type perches; group 2 was equipped with common laying boxes and flat-type perches; group 3 was equipped with common laying boxes and erect-type perches, and group 4 was equipped with standard laying boxes,and erect-type perches. The laying performance, laying position and egg quality of birds during 24 to 32 weeks of age were recorded and measured, and average NH3, CO2 concentration of each group at 32 weeks of age was detected. The results showed that the laying performance of commercial Beijing You layers under loose housing condition were significantly different during 24 to 52 weeks of age. The laying rate of the control group equipped with flat-type perches and standard laying boxes (33.25%) was significantly higher than in group equipped with flat-type perches and common laying boxes (21.83%)(P〈0.05),and other two groups (26.04% and 27.48%)(P〈0.05). The ratio of eggs laying outside boxes was significantly lower in groups with standard laying boxes than groups with common laying boxes (P〈0.05) ,and the eggs laying in the first layer boxes were much higher in the second layer boxes (P〈0.05). There were no significant differences on egg quality among the groups (P〉0.05). All of the above indicated that the utilization of facilities could improve layer's laying rate,especially with flat-type perches and standard laying boxes,and the indoor air quality was also affected in some extent.
