协同创新中心是发展人才、学科与科研的一种全新模式。在组织管理、人才培养、学科合作、项目分工和成果转移等均需大胆进行机制体制改革。参考美国、芬兰、日本等国家创新体系机制,可为协同创新中心建设提供借鉴。
Collaborative innovation center presents a brand new mode for development of talents , subjects and research.It starves for innovation of mechnism on organization management , subject cooperation , project division and tansfer.Refering to the innovative systematic machnism from USA , Finland and Japan , it provide mirror for construction of collaborative innovation center.
