摘要
目的:探讨贵州省汉族人群内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(e NOS)基因第14内含子rs3918181位点多态性与原发性高血压(EH)的关系。方法:选取贵州汉族人群的原发性高血压患者169例和健康对照者164例,应用Taq Man探针法对e NOS基因rs3918181位点进行基因分型,分析不同基因型与EH发病关系。结果:EH组患者的AA、AG和GG基因型频率分别为0.095、0.426和0.479,对照组分别为0.104、0.408和0.488,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);EH组A与G等位基因频率分别为0.308和0.692,对照组分别为0.308和0.692,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:e NOS基因rs3918181位点多态性与贵州省汉族原发性高血压可能无关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between intron 14 th rs3918181 locus polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene and essential hypertension (EH) in Han population of Guizhou Province. Methods: TaqMan probe method was adopted to analyse the rs3918181 polymorphism genotype of eNOS gene in 169 cases with EH and 164 cases of normal control group. Then the relationship between different genotypes and EH were explored. Results: The frequencies of AA, AG and GG genotypes were 0. 095, 0.426 and 0. 479 in EH group respectively, while the frequencies of AA, AG and GG genotypes were 0. 104, 0.408 and 0.488 in control group respectively. There was no significant difference in frequencies of genotype distribution between two groups (P 〉 0.05). The frequencies of A and G alleles were 0. 308, 0.692 in EH group, and 0.308, 0. 692 in control group. There was no significant difference in frequencies of allele distribution between two groups (P 〉0.05 ). Conclusions: The genetic polymorphism of rs3918181 locus in eNOS gene may not be associated with EH susceptibility in Han population of Guizhou Province.
