摘要 目的探讨亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)、血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)和血管紧张素原(AGT)基因多态性与妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)的关系。方法采用基因芯片联合检测以上基因的基因型分布并计算基因频率和等位基因频率,采用Logistic多元回归分析其多态性与PIH的相关性。结果除AGT外,MTHFR、eNOS、ACE的基因型、基因频率、等位基因频率与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基因芯片联合检测MTHFR、eNOS、ACE基因多态性可用于PIH预测。 Objective To study the relationship between gene polymorphisms of methylene four hydrogen folic acid reductase (MTHFR), endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), angiotensin I converting enzyme (ACE), angiotensin (AGT) and high stretch marks (PIH). Methods The genotype distribution was detected using gene chip combined detection, allele frequency and gene frequency of genes above were calculated, and its polymorphism and the correlation of PIH were analysed by Logistic analysis. Results In addition to AGT, the genotypes, gene frequency and allele frequency of MTHFR, eNOS and ACE were significantly different from those of the control group. Conclusion Joint detection by gene chip of gene polymorphism of MTHFR, eNOS and ACE can be used in PIH prediction.
