内皮型一氧化氮合成酶基因rs3918181多态性与贵州省苗族、布依族原发性高血压的关系 被引量:3

The relationship between rs3918181 polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene and essential hypertension in Miao and Buyi nationality of Guizhou

摘要 目的:探讨贵州省苗族、布依族人群内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)基因第14内含子rs3918181位点多态性与原发性高血压的关系。方法:选取贵州雷山县苗族和荔波县布依族247例原发性高血压患者(苗族123例,布依族124例)为高血压组,244例健康人群(苗族118例,布依族126例)为对照组。采用TaqMan探针法检测eNOS基因rs3918181位点多态性,分析rs3918181位点不同基因型及等位基因频率在两个民族人群中的分布。结果:eNOS基因rs3918181位点AA、AG、GG基因型及A、G等位基因在苗族、布依族高血压组与对照组中的分布频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律;贵州苗族、布依族人群eNOS基因rs3918181位点基因型分布频率及等位基因频率在高血压组和健康对照组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:eNOS基因rs3918181位点多态性与贵州省苗族、布依族人群原发性高血压可能不相关,该位点多态性在贵州苗族、布依族人群之间无民族差异性。 Objective:To investigate the relationship between polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene intron 14 th rs3918181 locus and essential hypertension (EH) in Miao and Buyi nationalities in Guizhou Province. Method:A total of 247 cases with hypertension (123 cases of Miao and 124 cases of Buyi) was enrolled in the study, and 244 cases of healthy people (118 cases of Miao and 126 cases of Buyi) served as con- trols, above all of subjects were came from Leishan and Libo county in Guizhou. TaqMan probe technique was used for the detection of eNOS rs3918181 SNP, and the distribution of different genotype and allele frequency in the two nationality were analyzed. Result:The frequency distribution in eNOS ,which each genotype and allele in EH and control groups of the Miao and Buyi nationalities, were in accorded with the Hardy-Weinberg genetic equi- librium law. There was no significant difference in frequency of genotypes and allele between EH and control groups. Conclusion: The rs3918181 loci gene polymorphism of eNOS gene is may not be associated with EH susceptibility in Miao and Buyi population of Guizhou Province, and no racial difference in polymorphism between Miao and Buyi nationality in Guizhou.
