摘要
引入消费者效用函数定义退货率,在全额退款条件下,建立商家利润最大化模型,利用数值算例分析退货运费险对商家利润的影响。结果表明,对于出售性价比较低产品的商家会因购入运费险而收益降低,但当购入运费险给商品销量带来增幅较大时,商家收益会高于未购入运费险时。而对于出售性价比较高产品的商家,购入运费险会带来收益增加。
In this paper, we introduced in the consumer utility function to define the product return rate, built the profit maximization model for the businesses when a full refund policy was practiced and through a numerical example, analyzed the influence of the product return freightage in- surance on the profit of the sellers. At the end, we elaborated on the findings reached.
