基于热模拟技术的建筑用X80管线钢组织性能分析

摘要 借助热模拟技术对建筑用X80管线钢焊接热影响区内组织和性能进行试验和分析。结果表明,在较低的冷却速度下,三种钢试样随着冷却速度的加快,焊接热影响区的强度、硬度变化不明显。而当冷却速度超过5℃/s时,钢试样强度和显微硬度随冷却速度的加快变化较快。 The microstructures and performances in the welding heat affected zone of pipeline steel X80 used in construction were tested and analyzed by thermal simulation technology. The results show that the strength and hardness of the three steel samples in the welding heat affected zone doesn't change obviously with the increase of cooling rate in a lower cooling rate range. However, when the cooling rate exceeds 5℃/s, the strength and microhardness of the steel samples change rapidly with the increase of cooling rate.
