摘要
对比观察不同超快速冷却温度下生产的高铌X80管线钢的显微组织和析出物,研究其组织和性能的对应关系,并分析了Nb在X80管线钢中的强化机理。结果表明,利用高Nb微合金化进行控制轧制,采用低超快速冷却温度有效提高钢材抗拉强度,获得了低屈强比X80管线钢,可应用于抗大变形管线钢的制造。
The microstructure and precipitates of a high Nb-microalloyed X80 pipeline steel with differ-ent ultra fast cooling temperatures were observed ,the relation between the steel’s microstructure with its mechanical properties was investigated ,and the strengthening mechanism of Nb-microallo-ying was analyzed .The results show that controlled rolling with high level Nb-microalloying at low ultra fast cooling temperature can produce X80 pipeline steel of high tensile strength and low yield ra-tio ,w hich can be used in situations calling for resistance to high deformation .
