摘要
本文研究了不同钛含量对钒、钛微合金化汽车大梁用钢力学性能的影响。结果表明,0.02%~0.15%Ti对强度的影响分三个阶段:①<0.04%Ti,强度变化较小;②0.04%~0.08%Ti,强度随钛含量增加而显著升高;③0,08%~0.15%Ti,强度增加趋于平缓。其强度变化主要是细小弥散分布的TiC强化所致。根据试验结果,开发了一种性能稳定的汽车大梁用钢新产品。
The effects of Ti content in the range of 0.02 to 0.15 percent on mechanical properties of V and Ti microalloyed steels are studied.The variations in strength with Ti content are divided into three phases.In the first phase(<0.04%Ti ),variation in Ti content has no marked effect on strength.Strength raises remarkably with increase of Ti content in the range of 0.04%~0.08%Ti. For more amounts of Ti (0.08%~0.15%),increase of strength tends to slow down with increasing Ti content.The main mechanism strengthened by Ti is different in each phase. A little Ti plays the main role in refining grain. For higher Ti content, strong precipitation strengthening provided by the fine dispersion of TiC and Ti (C、N)is the primary strengthening mechanism.
