蓝莓种间杂交及杂交种子的无菌萌发 被引量:5

摘要 为了培育适合北方高寒地区的蓝莓杂交新品种,以蓝莓栽培品种‘美登’、‘北蓝’、‘黑珍珠’及大兴安岭野生蓝莓为亲本进行了种间杂交。对杂种结实率、杂种果实质量、杂交种子的质量及杂交种子的萌发方法进行研究,同时结合母本自然授粉的结实情况,探究蓝莓不同杂交组合种间杂交的亲和性。结果表明:蓝莓不同种间杂交均可结实并得到杂交种子,但坐果率及单果种子数均低于自然授粉;不同种间杂交的亲和性存在较大差异,栽培品种间杂交亲和性较强,平均结实率为31.92%,其中‘北蓝’和‘黑珍珠’正反交结实率分别达到42.86%和50.03%,野生蓝莓与栽培品种间亲和性较弱,平均结实率仅为7.32%;在倍性相同情况下,相同植株类型间亲和性较强;杂交种子经100μg·g^(-1)赤霉素处理,接种24 d内平均出芽率达82.88%,其中‘黑珍珠’ב美登’组合出芽率达到100%。 In order to cultivate blueberry hybrid varieties for the cold situation in northern area, we selected Blomidon, North- blue, Blackpearl and Vaccinium uliginosum as parents to perform the intervarietal crosses, and studied the fruit setting rate, fruit weight, thousand-grain weight and budding rate of the hybrid seedlings. Compared with the natural pollination, we evaluated the cross affinity of different blueberry culfivars. Fruit and hybrid seeds can be got from different interspeeifie hybridization of blueberries, but the fruit setting rate and fruit seeds were lower than those of control. The cross affinity of cultivars was better than that of wild blueberry and cultivars. The fruit setting rate of cultivars was 31.92%, and those of ' NorthbluexBlackpearl' and ' Blaekpead×Northblue' were up to 42.86% and 50.03%, respectively, while the euhivars and wild blueberry was only 7.32%. The cross affinity of the same plant type fit well under the same ploidy. For 24-d culti- vation, the budding rate was up to 82.88% on average by 100μg· g-l GA3. The budding rate of ‘ BlackpearlxBlomidon' was up to 100%.
