摘要
以白芨成熟蒴果为材料,在不同培养基上进行无菌播种,种子萌发后利用组织培养方法进行无性系繁殖.试验结果表明:种子萌发的最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+1%活性炭;丛生芽增殖的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA1.0mg/L+NAA0.15mg/L;不同于已有的研究结果,1/2MS+0.5mg/LNAA用于生根的效果不佳,有待进一步研究.
Efficient protocols were established for in vitro seed germination of Bletilla striata(Thunb.) Reichb.f and multiple shoot buds induction from in vitro-raised seedlings.The effects of two plant growth regulators and ctivated charcoal(AC) were measured.The better protocol for seed germination is 1 /2 MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + 1% AC,and that for multiple shoot buds induction is MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.15 mg/L.Unlike previous studies by other people,the medium with 1 /2 MS + 0.5 mg/L NAA was not ideal for the growth of roots.This will need more research on the root formation medium.
